Use the ‘Contact Us’ link to complete a party request form. We will follow up within 24 hours with a phone consultation to gather details and further discuss the party set up process. Following the consultation, a $100 deposit will be required to confirm the reservation and hold your party date. We recommend booking four weeks in advance to ensure availability.
On the day of your party, at an agreed upon time, we will come and set up your chosen theme. Set up usually takes 90 minutes. Once styled, we will confirm a pickup time for the next day and secure payment in full. We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Venmo and Zelle.
Each tent is 4’x4’x4’. Each tent comes with a lux 4″ deep twin size mattress. Approximately 2’ of mattress extends outside the tent. For a tent party of four, a minimum of 80 square feet is needed. We ask that all furniture is removed prior to our arrival. We can arrange the tents in a variety of configurations (line up, semi circle, rows) depending on what works best in your space.
If an item is lost or damaged, we will notify you and you will be charged the retail price for replacement.
After each event, all bedding is laundered. All other items are disinfected and spot cleaned. For hygienic reasons, we ask that everyone brings their own sleeping pillow.
My Tent Party provides service to the Charlotte area. For parties outside of this area, an additional travel fee may apply.
Should you need to reschedule your party, you must notify us at least 2 days prior to the scheduled party date. The new date will be based on future availability.
Should you need to cancel your party, you must notify us at least 2 weeks prior to the scheduled party date and the $100 deposit will be refunded.
Cancellations made 1 week before the scheduled party date will forfeit the $100 deposit.
